Interesting. I know the buyer well, but he always uses different ebay-IDs when buying from me, most frequently seaprajna. Never had the slightest problem with him in almost a decade, except for the fact that payment is always coming in pretty late and he needs reminding every time. Maybe this is his fraud-ID? He doesn't seem to do too many things with it. Don't know what to make of this, as actually this is a buyer who's really increasing revenue if you offer the right items and I wouldn't want to lose his interest. By the way: the seller should probably compose himself a bit before posting on the internet, one bad experience doesn't make it "f.....g" China. It's not a sign for a specifically decent way of handling things to put in a curseword in every 2nd sentence. Just my two cents...

Wow, that was a quick reply! Don't get me wrong, it's absolutely O.K. for everyone to draw his own conclusions and take the steps one thinks are necessary to be taken. But that does not mean, it's not advisable to abstain from using abusive language. I've been selling records for a long time on the internet and I have hardly had any problems with Chinese buyers - who tend to become a majority when it comes to classical vinyl records - during many years. I have actually had much more quarrels with German buyers, but I would never decide to generally insult a whole country to be nothing but full of scammers.

seaprajna was the highest bidder (1860 Euro) for a rare classical LP, but not paid. He is: seaprajna (otismusic@icloud.com), real name: LAW MEI CHU, Hong Kong FLT A 2/F PEI HO BLDG 115-117 FUK WA ST (the address may be fictitious).
Better block this buyer.

He (seaprajna) won the auction on 3 rare Vlado Perlemuter / Mozart records. In total, more than 1,100 euros. He never replied to my messages, in particular to find out what delivery method he wanted ... I sent him the invoice all the same and he paid me very quickly. However, his ebay delivery address was different from his paypal delivery address.
I found it very suspicious, especially since we cannot see his comments on ebay since he is a private bidder! After all these doubts, I did a search on the internet and luckily, I found several testimonials denouncing the scam of this "buyer"!
I didn't want to take a risk and returned the payment and canceled the sale.

vI had a problem with this buyer a couple of years ago. He bought a Columbia Stereo (SAX) from me for £1135. I shipped via courier with the necessary insurance. About 4 months later he starts a Paypal case against me claiming that he never received the record... don't know about you but if I had spent £1135 on a record I would have been asking questions about non-delivery before 4 months.. anyhow, Paypal of course take the £1135 out of my account leaving me £500 in the red. Thankfully I still had all the information on the shipment and was able to prove complete end-to-end shipping including deliver yto his address in China. Paypal accepted my evidence, found in my favour and returned my £1135. It took about 4 weeks to resolve and a bunch of time and effort to collate the information. No prizes for guessing who went straight on my blocked bidder list after that.
