Buyer ordered an electrical/electronic item then used the item for two weeks to assist him while moving a heavy trailer to his new residence. It is clearly stated that the item is not returnable if opened/used so the buyer claimed the item was defective but was not willing to work with the manufacturer to get a warranty replacement, simply demanded a full refund without even sending the item back. Nonetheless we provided a return label the same day it was requested. Two full weeks later the buyer still had not shipped the item with the provided label but instead opened a claim with eBay for a return on the very last day to file a claim. The buyer then became verbally abusive and actually issued physical threats demanding a full refund... we still never received the product. I contacted eBay to bring this issue to their attention and report buyer abuse of the return policy. I have reported the buyer to the local police department for physical threats, to IC3 for internet scams, and now here to protect other sellers from this con artist and abusive buyer.
