Buyer claims "I received the card and found that the top of the envelope had been sliced open and then re-taped.". So Instead of CONTACTING THE POST OFFICE & THE SELLER...He OPENS The PACKAGE!!!!!!! Then claims Damage! Why would you Open something that you CLAIM is Tampered with? Then instead of Contacting the Sellers He Instantly Opens a REFUND CLAIM. His actions are too fishy. Either he just did Everything wrong for a buyer to do when receiving a Tampered with package OR he is Fishing for a Free Item. Either way a BAD BUYER.
