Aren't you the ones that takes people's money but does not send the items to them. Yeah you're E-vitamins aren't you. I see a whole lot of pages after pages of negative comments posted about you. You didn't get paid did you? You won't be in business long.

The second you run into assholes like that, refund the money and blacklist them off your site. The more of an asshole a buyer is the more the chances are they will file a fraud dispute against you. If you send them a collections letter a large majority of these assholes will just whip their ass with it, unless you get a police report and show those morons they are going to get sued.

If there was one thing I could teach the people on this site, it would be the difference between a criminal and civil infraction. The police are NOT going to help you with civil matters (e.g.; matters where you file a lawsuit.) The police only investigate actual crimes, and even then, they only investigate crimes they know they can solve, or crimes they can't get away with ignoring (homicide, rape, armed robbery, etc.). They don't care about two people having a dispute on eBay.
