Bought three pairs of HID bulbs in August 2018, then opened a return request saying they are not compatible. After explained to Amazon, the return request is delined. However, the buyer still returned the items. I picked up the package but returned to the post office shortly after realized that the return is not authorized. The tracking shows it is delivered to the buyer. Then Amazon refunded the money to the buyer. I opened a case to appeal the decision as this is declined by Amazon first and the items are back to buyer's hand, Amazon should not took the money from my account. After 34 days Amazon sent me a short email saying they stand for the decision saying "You are responsible for the claim because the tracking information does not prove that the merchandise was delivered to the buyer's shipping address". Do you think this is funny? If the buyer did not receive the item, how can she opened a return request? I think Amazon is using robot to deal with us now. I am waiting for the buyer to return the money or the items.

You have misrepresented yourself! You told Amazon you would look after it ,then you informed you would not return it! When Amazon questioned you again YOU authorized the return with specific instructions. Courier , insured, must be signed for , order number on the front no damage. I met your demands! Courier delivered it to you YOU refused it ! I contacted Amazon showed receipt for courier and parcel with REFUSED written across it with courier notes. They issued the refund because I met all protocols ? You misled Amazon by saying you would return it but you had no intention of! I showed proof by email, pictures , receipts you showed NOTHING ! Dishonest seller!

Amazon has declined your return request and you still returned it with no authorization number. It is not about courier or tracking number, the thing is the package has been returned to you and you never inform Amazon. Now you have the items and the money. Who is dishonest?! Merry Christmas!
