Just another worthless piece of crap from New Jersey. The fact that its your responsibility to place tracking on the item. You know this and you took a chance and lost. The second he saw there was no tracking, he filed a claim because he knew you couldn't prove delivery. Regardless of what bullshit claims the buyer makes, you know that the burden of proof relies on you. You knew what would happen if you shipped a package without tracking and you lost. Thats your own fault.
