I too had a Dmitry Zagrebelny at this address order on my Walmart.com account. I got it resolved but pisses me off!

I just shipped a phone to this address. USPS tried to deliver but said it had no access. I’m not sure what that means. The buyer paid but only after countless messages and the non paying bidder form filed.
