Maybe you should find an auction on Ebay from a seller that sellers brains because you dont have any! Thats your own fault for not putting up an immediate payment required on your listing. The transaction is not completed until the buyer pays. The buyer has a right to change their mind if they dont want to complete the transaction. They found it someplace else, lost interest on the item, whatever.
You got some balls to claim fraud and report someone on this site when there was no fraud initiated, you werent out any money, file the NPB get your money back and relist the item.
We sware people's intelligence nowadays!
