Buyer opened a return over 30 days after the successful delivery date for, "ordered by mistake" with the comment, "opened and didn't like it". Return was auto deliced as it is not protected by the eBay money back guarantee and is outside any possible return window. Buyer left negative feedback with false statements and sob story. Claimed they messaged the seller (us) but never did. eBay refuses to take action because "it's the buyer's experience" despite the buyer admitting in the return that they made a mistake and they tampered with the item. Buyer's profile has a history of left feedback to other sellers which indicate similar situations.
