Thats exactly what the buyer is trying to do, its called feedback extortion and the moron is stupid enough to make the threat in writting. Just blacklist the asshole and immediately report them to Amazon. If you get negative, contact Amazon to see if they remote it, if they dont, then you should consider other action types marketplaces because you know Amazon doesn't care about you as the seller. This is a fact. They dont care about you whatsoever.
