Ralph Dagostino purchased a set of DVDs from me. Before he had received them and inspected them, he claimed the 3rd DVD in the set was defective, would not play, and had a deep groove in it. We had inspected the DVDs prior to shipment. They were in almost new condition, and had no groove. He refused to provide a photo of the DVD. He sent us a form email telling us there was a groove in the DVD, he was willing to work with us, and asking for a refund. The DVD was sent to P.O., and the buyer had purchased 30+ items in the last month alone. It was clear he was a reseller, and was scamming EBay buyers to get free merchandise. EBay covered the sale under the Seller protection, so we did not lose out, but sellers beware of this "Serial Scammer". This individual also has a criminal record, which is publicly available for viewing in the Wyoming state court records.
