Buyer reported $3 item not arrived. Item may have been lost in the mail, but she immediately jumped to insisting I was lying, never sent it, and furthermore never had it to send. She swore at me and threatened "very negative feedback" while I asked her to be patient and explained that I have no way of controlling how long the mail takes.

I offered a refund three times, and the third time she accepted the refund and THEN left negative feedback saying I had never sent the item and that I had told her items frequently don't arrive as they're supposed to! She refused a request to change her feedback and all in all was such a source of trouble and so volatile, uncontrolled and unpleasant that I blocked her and advise other sellers to avoid doing business with her as well.

I am suspicious of her immediate stance of "you ripped me off and never had the item to send me" but have no evidence that she defrauded me.
