| Details: | Unreasonable buyer: Item sold at amazon. Return policy CLEARLY state returns were allowed minus restocking of 10% Shipping and handling is not refundable. There was nothing wrong with the listing or description.
Item arrived yesterday in good shape & resell-able. She called demanding a refund in full. I repeated myself several times "I will do EXACTLY as stated in the listing" She would not listen. Finally I told her if a charge back occurred on this transaction I will send over to a collection agency. A negative feedback was placed on amazon because I would not pay for her mistake. |
