This buyer abuses eBay buyer protection policy.

I sold a wireless router to him.
He returned the router (btw I do not accept return). But thanks to eBay's 'buyer protection', he claimed the item does not work at all. Showed me fake email from 'techician' saying the item is broken. So that he can start a return case on eBay.

The router works 100% fine and I found out the reason he wanted to return it is because he wanted a cable modem(he mailed the router back in a cable modem packaging)
