Additional information:
"I purchased cobalt II chloride hexahydrate. I contacted the seller before I purchased it and asked if the item would come with a manufacturers sheet. He said it would. The item arrivedand it hass been repackaged. The sheet on the package only shows chemical composition. This label clearly says "insoluble matter". Cobalt II chloride hexahydrate is soluble. I asked the seller and he tells me its okay. Please review all my emails to him. His methods leave alot to be desired. I don't want to trust this product without certain knowledge it is what it's supposed to be."

Your message to the buyer:
"Hello, Please check this label (supplier specification) carefully. Line "Insoluble matter 0.01 %" means that your product (50 g) contain no more than 50g*0.01%= 0,005 g = 5 mg only!!! of different insoluble contaminations, as you should know there is now absolutely pure substances. See for example SigmaAldrich specification: http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/SIAL/255599 If you have other questions contact me. Thank you."

Buyer's message:
"Once again you want to argue or say something other than the issue. " Insoluble" means not soluble. Other labels for cobalt clearly say soluble. Plus as I originally asked for the manufacturers fact sheet to be able to avoid this problem. My use for this means that I need to be absolutely certain that it is safe."

Your message to the buyer:
"Ok, try to explain again. This label is specification from supplier. It does not describe properties of substance, only level of different possible contamination. So line "Insoluble matter 0.01 %" doesn't refer to properties of Cobalt chloride, it means that soluble Cobalt chloride contains 0.01 % of Insoluble substances. If you'd like to see properties of Cobalt chloride you can read it in any reference book, (at least in WikiPedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobalt_chloride) Other questions? Here is this copy of the label (for dispute reference to Ebay) Cobalt (II) chloride hexahydrate CoCl2•6H2O MW: 237.93 Specifications and Maximum Impurities Assay (CoCl2•6H2O) min. 99.0 % Insoluble matter 0.01 % Sulfate (SO4) 0.005 % Nitrogen compounds (as N) 0.04 % Iron (Fe) 0.0005 % Potassium + Sodium (K+Na) 0.015 % Calcium (Ca) 0.01 % Nickel (Ni) 0.05 % Magnesium (Mg) 0.001% Zinc (Zn) 0.005% Copper (Cu) 0.002% pH of a 5% solution 3-5 CAS: 7791-13-1"

Buyer's message:
"I understand your explanation, but due to the entire process of this transaction and your non compliance with my first and second requests plus the shipping discrepancy I do not trust this product. I will have to just throw it away. I dont know what it would cost to ship it back to you,but that probably wouldn't be feasible. I don't feel that this is my fault . I would suggest that we spilt the cost and resolve the matter. Meaning you refund 1/2 the purchase price and shipping. Let me know."

Your message to the buyer:
"Your offer isn't acceptable. Here is my point of view: 1)All details and shipping costs about this item were provided before your payment (see my message from Aug-31-12 09:22 AM) 2)Probable delay result from you request to wait cause you wanted to bid on another item Cobalt chloride hexahydrate 200 g. 98% #271046784098(see your message from Aug-31-12 03:11 PM) 3)I've no reason to ship "untrusted" product (look at least at feedback score) 4)If you really have any actual complaint provide me with photo or video. We should stop here. I'm tired from all your groundless accusations. Final decisions will be made by eBay Customer Support. Good luck!"

Buyer's message:
"This is not acceptable. Why should I sustain a loss when I properly asked for Information to be provided before I purchased. Also, this product is not in a manufacturers original packaging and does not have proper labeling. My repeated questions have always been answered with the excuse this is the way it is. The reason I didn't purchase the second lot was because of the poor answer/explanation I received about the shipping. As I explained my use for the product requires extreme safety and threr could be liability involved. Therefore due to all the problems with this seller and his responses I do not trust this product. I would suggest that ebay not allow foreign sellers access to this market where there is no accountability. I would not have purchased this product had I known that it was coming form Russia or the time delay involved in receiving it. Also as I asked why was a lot to be sold after the one I purchased quoted to gbe delivered sooner. The response was thats the way it is. "

Your message to the buyer:
"It seems you completely didn't read the item description: http://www.ebay.com/itm/271043097754 1) Look at first line: "Item specifics Condition: New other (see details): A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging" 2) Copy of the label was send you before purchase (we also discussed that) 3) Look at item location on the right side from the photo: "Item location: Syktyvkar, Komi republic, Russian Federation" 4) It was clearly stated in item description "SHIPPING AND HANDLING: ● Please, allow up to 21-35 days for the delivery." Just check it for yourself, I have no intentions to deceive anyone. P.S. You should remove negative feedback "
