This one I suspect is the second account of seller that is trawling ebay searching for other sellers to destroy their account.

They bought an item that was described as leather look then claimed they had never seen the term on ebay, even though it is a well used term on ebay and they have bought and sold on ebay since 03 on this account.
So their Direct line customer act just does not wash.

Have the feeling I was being responded to by a woman rather than a man, so I suspect the name is either fake or a boyfriends or something.
