This address / company is always buying and returning items claiming they are damaged. Often they don't even open the mailer! Sometimes they substitute a another book that isn't even a matching ISBN.

I'm having issues with them too, under the names Michael Rozinsky, Michael Nastus, and Charles Casteel.

Same problem, under name Michael Rozinsk0722 purchased a book, claimed it was damaged, now demanding a refund without returning the book.

I have the same issue. Claimed the books were defective. They did return in good condition but demanded full refund including shipping. I withheld shipping and am now facing an A to Z

I forgot to mention, the name on this order was Michael Nastus

same returning orders claiming damage. Charged restocking fees and he filed bogus claim. Call seller support and file a buyer abuse claim and fight a-z claims

This person bought a $45 dollar textbook off me. 6 days after it was delivered I was contacted by him (through Amazon) "We never received this package to our location. Please issue a full refund plus shipping cost. Thank you." To me, that language screams scam. I provided links to USPS for finding missing packages. He responded with "...please issue us a
refund as we did not receive the product to our warehouse." FYI the warehouse is a storage locker with a mandoor with the name Textbook Dollars LLC which is known online for shady business practices. Do not sell to this buyer or to the address "5405 NW 102ND AVE STE 204 SUNRISE, FL 33351-8740"

He is trying a different tactic claiming the book is counterfeit. I reported him to Amazon.
His request for a return: "We received a counterfeit version of the item we ordered. We need to return the book for a full refund along with shipping. Please forward over a prepaid shipping label to return the book(s)."

He is trying to do the same thing on a purchase from me... I filed a buyer abuse claim.

We had the same issue with this buyer. Claimed book was damaged....finally returned it to after nearly a month of having it in his possession but the CD was missing when it was returned despite our description indicating book includes CD. Beware!! And yes, he requested a full refund plus the shipping cost when he mailed it back to us.

At least most people here it seems are getting returns, the buyer has been filing a slew of A-Z claims on us without prior contact.

I shipped this buyer a book in excellent condition and a week after it was received, he said that the book binding was damaged and all the pages were loose. I asked if he could send a picture of the mailer envelope or the book to determine if the damage occurred during shipping. He said that the mailer envelope was not damaged and that he could not take a picture of the book because he was too busy. I asked him to confirm that the book he was shipping back to me was the same one that was shipped to him in the first place, and he said he could not confirm that. He ended up filing an A to Z claim. I'm not refunding him anything because I feel like that will just encourage this behavior. I filed a buyer abuse claim also... It seems like he is probably returning all of his orders and filing an abnormally high number of A-Z claims. You would think Amazon would flag this.

I sold a textbook to "Charles Casteel" early last month, he claimed it was damaged and returned it. The book returned was NOT the same copy I sent. The book returned had highlighting in it and was missing the CD. I relisted the book and now I've received an order from "Michael Nastus". Different address, same town. I've filed a buyer abuse claim, I see no point in sending the book just to have one in worse condition returned AND face an A-Z claim.

He used to have thousands of damaged textbooks that he would purchase from rental companies like Chegg and then resell them on ebay under AffordablePrice1 account. Those books were badly damaged , water stained, etc and he has thousands leftover that didn't sell. I believe that he is purchasing good copies of these same titles from other sellers on Amazon and then abusing his return policy returning his damaged (ebay) copies in for refunds - and then he has an amazon seller account AffordablePrice . If he then sells those copies on Amazon that would be a horrible scam - I am watching his listings to see if he lists the books he has purchased from me. This scammer needs to be shut down.

His seller account on Amazon is AffordablePrice - watch for your books up there - he is swapping them with his thousands of damaged copies that he couldn't sell. If you report him please mention his seller account as that is where the scam is and that is what needs to be shut down

I sold and shipped him a book. He claimed it was damaged and requested a return. I fought it and filed a buyer abuse claim. He opened an A-to-Z claim and returned the book. The book he sent me was falling apart and was not the book that I sent him, but Amazon said I had to refund it anyway (plus shipping). It's a shame that Amazon lets scammers get by with this stuff so easily especially since he has to be returning everything he buys. I don't sell much on Amazon (just mostly my textbooks), but I don't intend to ever sell anything on there again after this experience.

I just sold Michael Nastus a book today. The name looked familiar and I had sold him one a few weeks ago and he demanded a refund, saying it was damaged, which it wasn't. Ugh.

AVOID THIS SCAMMER AT ALL COSTS! He has three separate entries on BadBuyerList. Here are two other address he uses: 549 Sawgrass Corporate Pkwy, Sunrise FL 33325-6259, and 3345 Forrest Drive, Hollywood FL 33021. And here’s a phone number: (305) 895-1101. This creep bought a book in excellent condition from us and returned a different book in crappy condition. If enough of us file a report against him with Amazon, we can get his account shut down. You can find a smirking picture of him on his LinkedIn profile for Michael Rozinsky, president of Textbook Dollars LLC (if anyone reading this is a member of LinkedIn, maybe report his scam there?). Also, be sure to check out Textbook Dollars’ reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. His business partner is Susan M. Griffin.

Michael also tried to buy a book from me. Used the address:
549 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway
Wanted it shipped to a strange identifier instead of his name. Sketchy. I cancelled the order after reading on here. Thanks for the heads up everyone!

Michael tried the same thing with me with the same 549 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway address. I shipped two identical new books in the same box and he is claiming one was water damaged. Unfortunately for him I took photos and videos of the two books. His actions constitute mail fraud. I am a retired FBI officer with lots of colleagues in Florida. I think I'm going to have a great "Spring Break" down there with this scoundrel.

COVID SCAM! This person lists as Michael Rozinsky @ Affordable Price as a seller @Walmart & Amazon. Doesn't only deal in used books, but also health and beauty aid items. Scam is that after order is placed it takes a long time to process. Once order lists as being shipped, what is recvd is a PACKAGED LETTER saying the company is going out of business "do to covid" -phishy misspelled word- says a refund is OTW and attempts to get buyer to contact their email, possibly to export the info to use in phishing scams. So to bypass the tracking of package they send the PACKAGED LETTER instead of the product they advertise. REPORTED TO WALMART AS A BAD SELLER! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SELLER!

COVID SCAM! THIS IS THE SAME SCAM AS THE POSTING ABOVE MARKED "COVID SCAM." This person lists as Affordable Price as a seller @Walmart. Ordered Garment Guards. Product never arrived, but the promise within the letter was that they are a family run business and COVID has hit them hard and they would issued a full refund. The order within Walmart's web site says the order has been delivered; yet, all I recvd was a PACKAGED LETTER saying the company is going out of business "due to covid" - So to bypass the tracking of package they send the PACKAGED LETTER instead of the product they advertise. They deducted the FULL AMOUNT for this product from my checking...but NO PRODUCT and NO REFUND. Don't even think about ordering from AFFORDABLE PRICE Company!

He's moving on with his scams.
I ordered something from Walmart.com and he is a Walmart Marketplace vendor.
He sent me a cardboard sheet with a mailing label instead of the product I ordered and paid for.
The sender was: AFFORDABLEPRICE 549 SAWGRASS CORPORATE PKWY SUNRISE FL 33325

Sellers on eBay, Amazon marketplace and similar sites see this type of buyer fraud often. The upside for these sellers is that they have a certain amount of protection through the sites.
