| Details: | Buyer contacted paypal trying to get refund saying item is not new and defective when item was factory sealed and has warranty. Buyer never contacted me of any issue. Buyer already unregistered at Ebay. I think buyer is using multiple eBay new accounts by using different email address created from ecdnd.com and buy expensive items and then try to get refund from Paypal. |

I have also encountered this buyer on eBay. I have filed a dispute with eBay and Paypal.

Buyer will try to get refund from Paypal by giving bogus tracking number from New York. Sellers who get scam by this person/organization, talk to Paypal and Ebay direct regarding this fraud and don't just REFUND. File a police report if you can.

I'm in the midst of dealing with this individual now. The buyer was suspended from eBay ((qbws_us_2iimstaxd), but they were still able to initiate an Item Not as Described claim against me, which I am fighting, on a factory sealed brand new CPU (with warranty). I have already initiated a police report on my end, and will initiate another report on the "Islandia NY" end.

The bogus tracking, I finally got the detail shipping address from USPS by providing them that tracking number, is an empty box shipped from MELVILLE, NY 11747 but created for Islandia NY
to my local fast food restaurant . I got this from USPS for proof that it was NOT send back to me.

I have to go to local USPS Post Office with the tracking number and tell them that EBay buyer said they return the package to my address but I don't think the tracking is to my address and give USPS my address. Then they can provide you the detail / proof if the tracking shows its NOT going to correct address. Good Luck to you. It took me a few phone calls to Paypal before finally they agree with me that the Buyer is a fraud.
