Buyer routinely threatens sellers to give him a partial refund or he will return the item and the shipper is stuck paying return shipping for a broken item. the buyer is a scammer and an extortionist. i purchased USPS insurance on the item, buyer refused to file a claim to get the insurance money and USPS won't accept a claim from me because i do not have the damaged packaging. Buyer may have broken the piece himself or simply returned another, similar broken piece. Ebay always sides with the buyers, and they know this and the bad ones abuse the system.
