| Details: | buyer left a negative feedback without messaging me, and waited to do so for a month. My listing stated the item was new but had been opened and sitting around for a while, she complained that it was not new, i offered a refund, she refused and refused to change feedback, i left a coment on the feedback and then she followed up saying i left nasty messages. never sell to her shes a huge headache to deal with. |

Seller listed item as NEW. There was no description stating that it had been opened and used. Also there were red scuff marks and nasty sticky stuff on the cord. It was not new, it should have been listed as USED. Then there would have been no problem. I no longer have the emails since it was purchased in April and now is December. Seller did send me nasty emails about the negative feedback. He chose to act like a child instead of a grown man, therefore I would not remove the negative feedback. I have only negative rated 2 people, (him) and someone else who claimed Sebastian Bach was on the vinyl. After the purchase Sebastian himself verified that he was not on the vinyl. He asked me to negative them on his behalf. Therefore, I am not a bad buyer, but an honest one. In the future sellers should be honest about the item description. Then, there would be no need for negative feedback. Conduct your business as an adult and there will be no problems.

There was in the description under other that stated item was new but had been opened and laying around for a while. The item was never used!! There would have never been a problem if the buyer would have let me know they were unhappy with the item I would have taken care of the issue as stated above I even offered a return but the buyer refused. I am the only one that acted like an adult offering even a return. The buyer must be happy with the item they kept it but still left neg feedback. You should always contact the seller first if you have a issue not just leave neg feedback just because. I still say BEWARE OF THIS BUYER. You will get neg feedback for no reason its not worth the sale!

I am the only one that acted like an adult offering even a return. The buyer must be happy with the item they kept it but still left neg feedback.
