| Details: | customer ordered parts with stolen credit card then had them delivered to FYZ II Auto Care in TAMPA. After it was delivered and signed for by the owner i received a chargeback. Called FYZ Auto and they claimed to know nothing about the delivery even though it was signed for at their shop by the owner and was confirmed TWICE by Ups as acknowledging the delivery!!! FRONT FOR STOLEN CAR PARTS !!!!!! |

First off if it was a stolen credit card, then you knew immediately that the credit card's address was not the shipment address. Right there they liability is on you. No one should pay for your stupid decision to ship to a non verified address. You gambled and lost both the money, fees and the product. It looks like you've done it so many times over the same person, we feel sorry for the merchant credit card company that has to put up with your careless way of doing business and putting them at risk!
