The Ivan guy I reference has been on EBay since 2013 and has positive feedback I DID report him as a warning to let them know that I am on alert and sent a note saying unless you call there will be no more sales. I haven't gotten a call and I have not heard anything about non receipt of my products as all tracking sgows delivered. Be diligent folks

If he is ''Member since: Jul-21-13 in United States'' - why he's been using mail-forward company?
If buyer provides the false info about his location/delivery address, that's enough not to deal with

I know When he ordered a few times in a 4 day period I sent an email and googled hm, the email and the address. I am lucky I am only out $400
