| Details: | Buyer bought an item. i ship directly through ebay, therfore all delivery info goes right into the "my ebay" of both the buyer and the seller.
Less than 2 business days after payment was made, the buyer very rudely demanded to know where her item was. I checked the delivery confirmation info and it said it was at the post office in her home town. I told her that and that the item would probably be delivered the next day. I also told her that less than 2 days was not really enough time to get so upset over an item not arriving yet (it was going quite a distance to another part of the country).
She took my reponse as rude (it wasn't) and I did apologize (just to keep the peace) but the buyer had the nerve to leave me neutral feedback. Others need to be warned about her. That if she doesn't like what you have to say, she thinks you are rude and she wants items delivered immediately even though she only pays for first class delivery. Please be aware that this seller has had several issues with bad communication. While her positive feedback rating is 99.5% she has had 6 neutral ratings and 4 negative in the last six months. She even called one buyer a "thief and a psycho."
Our feedback rating is 100% positive since March of 2003. She has only been selling on ebay with this ID since October 2010.
This seller's ID is currently funwiththekids... buyer beware!!!

I can prove the buyer is a liar. Neutral feedback was not appropriate and she is a bad buyer. She got a GREAT deal on a nice item. She VERY rudely DEMANDED to know shipping info less than 2 business days after payment received when all that info was right in her ebay. I told her where to find the info and that according to USPS.com, her item was on its way. She paid first class shipping but wanted item delivered overnight. She is a very ignorant person who gives ebay a bad name.
I am actually glad she had given me so much advertising here.....thanks!! My almost 1000 ++ speaks for themselves in just over a year. She has been a member since 2003...and only has 159 feedback....figure it out yourself. Who's average is better??? she needs to make sure she takes her meds every day.....
I know who is telling the truth and I will provide that info to anyone who wants it.
She was extremely rude and demanding and the neutral feedback was not warranted for giving her the facts. She needs to take her meds and grow up.

First of all, my wife had nothing to do with this. We share an account and I made this transaction. You should know that the transaction amounted to less than $6 which was paid immediately. Auction ended on Nov. 15th and I emailed just to see if it had been shipped on the 20th. As stated above, my first email was only to see if the item had been shipped. Anyone can see that I never "rudely demanded" anything. Her comments regarding "taking meds" are uncalled for. Please refer any further comments directly to me. -Kurt

I am very sorry that I ever bought anything from you. I am a Christian and try very hard to deal with everyone as such. If you were a true Christian, you would not have lied. The shirt is yours...if you try and send it back, I will refuse the package and return to sender. You see....I am an honest person. You bought and paid for it. It was accurately described and shipped promptly (in less than 24 hrs) with more than fair shipping costs. THAT did NOT warrant neutral feedback. Your apology is NOT accepted. I more than fulfilled my end of the deal. Leaving no feedback at all would have been the proper thing to do. People like you give ebay a bad name. Did you ever think that by lying and trying to ruin someones feedback and trying to ruin sales for them that you just might be taking away their livelihood? That it could affect their children's Christmas?? But of course you don't really care about that, do you?? so no....I don't accept your apology.

I really have no idea what you think has been lied about. You may not know that what you're doing here is illegal. It's called defamation or libel and many attorneys are making a good living protecting people from it. If you will send a request through ebay to revise the feedback, I will do so just to end this harassment.
