Buyer sent in best offer, and never sent payment. We couldn't relist item for at least a week, or until eBay closed the transaction. Ridiculous the amount of time, people spent bidding then turn around and change their mind. Buyers like this should be banned! We blocked this buyer, reported him. Good luck to other sellers!!
