| Details: | He opened case short after item was shipped, ebay closed it because it arrived soon, then he open return stating that item was bad described on listing which is simply a lie, I didn't accepted this return because I had to refund him and additionally pay for shipping in return, ebay issued him full refund, almost $100 and hi didn't returned item, hi is typical ebay buyer SCAMER. |

(4) you dont pay for anything of your pocket (5) get the product back first before any refunds or paying for shipping. if you do have to pay for shipping then add the cost into every single transaction to cover that possibility (6) send the asshole scammer a collections letter and get him on petty larceny charges.
Ebay does not issue refunds until the product is returned, that is the law. The buyer committed an act of petty larcney by deception and misleading you into stealing the item period. If your doing business on Ebay follow their returns policies, dont just refund someone and wait because you just gave the person exactly what he wanted, a free item. When the buyer tells you something assume its all bullshit and wait for it to come back.
