This is a misrepresentation of the facts. I clearly ordered a chimpanzee, as described in the listing. The seller sent a gorilla. I have no room for a gorilla in my small apartment. I wanted the gorilla to be collected, and a small apartment-sized chimpanzee to be replaced, as originally ordered. There is absolutely no point in sending a refund while the gorilla is smashing everything in my house. I have put my precious vinyl records up on top of the wardrobe, but I fear it won't be long until he finds those and breaks them too. A seller who cannot tell the difference between a gorilla and a chimpanzee has no business being in the illegal animal trade business.
