File fraud charges against the buyer to get him into the database. Then contact his credit card company directly and report him as fraud and threaten both his credit card company and the buyer with mail order fraud. Then send a certified letter to the post master in the buyer's home state. If you are willing to go through that then do it. If your out any money send his ass to a collection agency where the debt will go directly on his credit report.
