Vera Sharon Skuhersky(eBay ID: inthesunbythebeach) did the same thing to us. We sold a leather chair and ottoman to her on eBay on 10/31/2011 for $510. On 12/23/2011 she filed a chargeback and PayPal took $510 and a chargeback fee of nearly $30 from us. A few weeks ago, American Express said that Vera Sharon Skuhersky was to return the chair and ottoman to us. We received the leather pad to the ottoman and the ottoman frame in two boxes. The ottoman could have just as easily shipped in one box. Strange thing is, those two boxes were insured for over $500??? I know why she shipped the ottoman in two boxes as does my Post Master who I opened the boxes in front of. As of 2/26/2012, still no leather chair. Vera Sharon Skuhersky has our money and our chair. Please beware of this buyer if she is bidding on your eBay items. Who honestly knows how many sellers she has done this too?????????

I know of at least 6 other people she has taken advantage of by contacting her past sellers.

At least she returned part of it.
Ebay and Paypal will do nothing about her.

I was also scammed by this same buyer on Amazon. She received the item and then claimed it wasn't satisfactory and attempted to get me to send her money directly. I reported this to Amazon. She then requested a refund through Amazon, and Amazon (only catering to buyers not sellers) granted the refund, but she would not return the item.

So she ended up with the item and the money.
