Buyer received order, claimed it wasn't in condition advertised, demanded refund. We stated we would refund if returned. he then wanted to exchange for a "nicer" copy. We agreed, and he sent the first order back. It was in as new condition, as advertised. We sent our only other copy, also as new. We sent with signature confirmation, which was received. Now, buyer is saying he did not receive the replacement copy, despite the signature.

Sent me a damaged book, then never sent me a replacement.

Book had a weird sticky substance all over the dustjacket, which was smeared pretty badly on the back:

In the end they argued with Amazon and I didn't get the refund anyway, so not sure why they spent the energy complaining when they kept their money and presumably both books since the replacement never made it to me:
