Proof of purchase and purchase date along with any warranty info was required but continued to make ridiculous claims and demands. Mercari allowed return. Returned item was not the same as the original laptop sent out. Be careful with this buyer. |

These asshole eBay wanna bees all follow the same story they screw over sellers. I'd get an attorney and call those assholes at Mercari. In the meantime, file a police report and file fraud charges against the asshole, he'll get arrested for theft and you can use him on the civili side. Call his local police department get a police report and send the mother fucker a copy, saying the only thing you have to do is file the report with the destrict attorney and his ass spends 6 months in jaill
