Bought a top from me and emailed me about a week after she got it to tell me she didn't like it and wanted to return it. I informed her she could return it but I was not refunding shipping costs because the item was as described and it wasn't my fault she didn't like it. Within minutes she opened an item not as described case against me claiming that the item didn't fit because the measurements were wrong. Lying piece of work has even had the nerve to email me after getting a full refund for the item to explain to me that because I offer refunds she's entitled to a full refund no matter what my refund policy says, which is no shipping refunds for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. So yea, she's entitled to try on clothes at my expense, according to her. This woman is quite obnoxious and has continued to email after the case was closed just because she can't let this go. I've had it with her and so here I am writing this complaint. I've reported her to eBay for abusing the buyer protection program and for her continuing to contact me. Like usual eBay has done nothing to protect me as the seller.
