Details: | A customer complaint about using USPS box to ship her cat food in claimed all catfood was dented. No pictures, I didn't even ask for them. I have shipped hundreds of this product the same way, with no complaints, I'm not saying it's impossible so I gave the customer a full refund as well as asked for feedback removal for rectifying the order. Still not removed, nor do I expect it to be. Just another imperfect human wanting perfection from another imperfect human. Or in this case the Definitely Imperfect Postal service. |
