This customer has purchased ornaments from my store on both eBay and Wal-Mart. Has ordered numerous of the exact same item on both platforms and always returns them as Damaged. We ship hundreds of these ornaments and rarely do they get damaged because of the packaging from the manufacturer and the packaging we use to ship the items. There is no way that 100% of all items he purchases, always the same item, different platforms, arrive damaged.
