Abraham Castillo is a beaner, thief and a lowlife. Buyer receives Justice League Ultra 4K HD and on Saturday January 12th claims that there is no digital code for the movie WITHOUT even opening the movie box. How ridiculous is that???

He provided 3 pictures of the package/Movie yet he never took a picture of the inside of the Movie box or a full back box cover.

In response, I provided pictures to him and ebay later on showing that the back cover confirms that there is a digital copy inside along with reviews from the wal mart cover version confirming that there's digital inside.

The fact that he took pictures of the outer package proves to me that He had intentions on getting a full refund once he received the item. Even if he provided a picture of the inside of the box, he would have likely took the digital code out and claim that its missing.

He deliberately waited to file a case on eBay on Tuesday January 14th knowing that there can be no resolution until Saturday January 19th + 3 day MLK weekend + weekend customer service sucks which puts me at a huge disadvantage. The buyer was able to take advantage of the 3 day MLK holiday window, escalate the case at 10:31AM and have ebay give him a full refund ONE MINUTE later at 10:32AM. Goes to show that ebay resolution system is automated and never protects sellers in the face of unreasonable requests from buyers.

He was even rude enough to rub it in my face by sending me a message thanking me for giving him a refund when ebay actually gave it to him. What a dick.

DO NOT sell to Abraham Castillo. He should be kicked out of ebay for claiming something isn't there without even opening the item!! Scammers like him are the reason why sellers are moving to Amazon, Bonanza, Rakuten, etc yet eBay is stupid enough to claim that Amazon is stealing its sellers without looking at themselves in the mirror.

Abraham Castillo is a military member who is a disgrace to his country and should either be deported back to Mexico or be sent off to fight wars against Russia, Iran or Venezuela. I thought the US military teaches honor to all its members. Guess they didn't teach Abraham Castillo enough. He deserves to be court martialed.

Abraham is so damn cheap that he desperately wants that $13 refund even if he has to lie and cheat his way to do so. He should try scamming people out of $13 in his home country of Mexico and see whether he makes it out of Mexico alive.
