Buyer bought a HUGE lot of used LEGO....thousands of pieces for an incredibly great price. They filled a large flat rate Priority box to the brim. It was stated right in the ad that these LEGO came out of a huge bin my son had. When she got them she emailed me complaining that the ad was a bad description (the ad stated...
"Huge lot of LEGO. Hundreds...
Many shapes and sizes…..
Block, minifigs, wheels, flat pieces, pieces to sets…..
There are way too many to count but as you can see, they fill a LARGE flat rate shipping box.
My son has a huge Rubbermaid container full of LEGO and I filled this box from it and it is filled to the brim") and she demanded I refund her at least $15.00). I'm not sure what more she wanted....she got EXACTLY what was described and for a FANTASTIC deal.
She got at least $100.00 woth of LEGO for $35.00.
To keep the peace, I refunded her $7.50 and I feel that was more than fair. She told me in not so nice terms to shove the refund (even though I had already sent it) and she would take care of things herself.
In spite of the refund, she left me neutral feedback stating "Poor description, Rude seller, difficult to deal with!". I'm not sure what she considers rude or difficult to deal with. I sent her a refund without question to keep the peace....it just wasn't for the amount she demanded.
Oh well.....my over 800 positives will speak for themselves over one insane disgruntled person
Other sellers need to be warned about her insanity and they need to block her from bidding on their auctions to save themselves some grief.
