Details: | Not a honest buyer, hes trying to abuse our business with fraud. The package was signed for (we have ups proof documents), plus buyer first emailed us to exchange headlights because he wanted a different color. Now he is claiming he did not receive his items. |

Actually you sent the wrong lights to begin with. After numerous attempts to resolve the matter in a civil way your company refused. Didn’t realize the headlights were incorrect until after pulling off protective film after installation Instead you wanted me to remove the incorrect headlights send back the headlights and drive around with out any headlights for two weeks while you probably mess up the replacement order. Thankfully Amazon made things right.
