Places expensive orders for Funkos and then files claims saying they never received them. Placed 3 orders from our company and filed claims for 2 which were refunded and is now claiming another order. Since the value is so high we asked them to wait a little longer as the order is probably in customs due to the value. Said they were filing a claim. Funny how none of their Funko orders seem to arrive and we never receive them back as undeliverable. Beware of this buyer if you do not want to lose not only money but also product.
