Details: | The customer ordered two units of a product. I shipped brand new high-quality products manufactured by one of the largest makers of such items in America. This manufacturer has been in business for 42 years and manufactures all of its products in the U.S.A. They are known for high quality and have an excellent Quality Control program. All products are tested then shipped in security sealed packaging. She filed an A-Z: 1- Initially the customer wrote to say: “One of the items does not even turn on.” She then said: “I request a full refund or a replacement please.” If one of the units is not working, why was a full refund requested? 2- I immediately responded with an apology, explained these are reliable products from one of the best makers of such items and most of the time: “if the product does not turn on, it has to do with batteries being placed in wrongly”. I said if the battery is not the cause, please contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage and I gave her the address of the manufacturer. 3- She had agreed that warranty is only available through the manufacturer. I requested that she contact the manufacturer for her warranty issue. 4- The customer then wrote to me: “Both items not work, I wrote before, no one responded.” This is not true: she never wrote to me before. All Amazon communications are recorded in history and nowhere do we find an earlier email on Amazon. 5- The customer then said she has thrown the boxes away. I responded that the factory would warranty the products even without the box. Amazon told her to get warranty instructions from me which I sent and she now claims the big corporation with several means of contact is not answering! |

She is a scam artist. She was evicted from our building or forced to leave, she had not paid our buildings common fees.
