The buyer is a total fucken liar and scam artist. The only reason why he made those falsifed statements its because of what alot of sellers do, is they go into chicken shit mode and give into threats by buyers. This asshole was trying to see how much of a discount he can get to see if you'd cave into his bullshit threats. Thats why feedback shouldnt allowed to begin with. They are nothing but a weapon to be used against sellers. Ebay sides with buyers for the seller cant leave buyers negative because they are the biggest scam artists. I would move to your own online store and limit your exposure to ebay. It only attracts trash like this person.
Attempted to purchase automotive parts. Mismatched billing and shipping address and mismatched credit card information. This person made 5 attempts to place an order using a different credit card number each time, all declined (all AVS and CCV2 codes mismatched or not provided).

buys an item rare out of print new and sealed item. opens it uses it returns it claiming it is defedtive. we have to pay to return it gets back tested and of course nothing wrong with it. disc has their finger prints on it along with scrathes. we refund 50% per ebay policy and eat the cost of the return label. lost money even at 50%. then they proceed to open another cliam demandin all the money back and they leave negative feedback . sold over 90 of these on ebay no issues, sold 600 plus on amazon last 45 days no issue . just another person trying to scam the system

She provided no proof of any damage (damage was described as fuzzies in the armpit of a sweater), but eBay ruled in her favor and automatically refunded her. She never sent the item back, left negative feeback and berated my eBay inbox with rude e-mails telling me I'm "trash" for selling ugly clothing. I never received my item back. THIEF!
