Basically this buyer claimed he didnt receive a $200 phone. There was a glitch with the usps online tracking system. So after he went to his bank to have a reversal done, which then paypal opened a case and then asked for a tracking number that was correct. Meanwhile I had called verizon and verified that the phone was activated and being used by sean as my sis was the previous owner. Paypal decided in his favor, so he had both phone and money. So I emailed him, asking for one or the other back, no response. I had then gone down to the post office, had the post master give me an updated tracking print out which I faxed over to paypal. Spent another 2hrs explaining this to paypal. Finally.. they reopened the case, and gave me back my money under paypal seller protection...He was trying to get a free phone and failed to realize, phones and tracking are all traceable.
