This is a scam dropshipper, most likely from India or another Middle East country. They run cpaprx.com and sell as “Oso Products” on amazon where they scam buyers by selling “new” cpap equipment for hundreds of dollars on cpaprx.com and Amazon, but when they get an order, they go on ebay and buy open box/new equipment for a fraction of the price on ebay and have the ebay seller just ship it to their “customer”. They then start a return and send a stock photo of the device stating it’s missing an internal piece that most ebay sellers don’t check to see if it has so the ebay seller will accept a return and send them a return label to keep on file if their website “customer” has any issues. The more I dig, the more I think that ebay is in cahoots with these people, as your funds don’t get put on hold when a return is started. Every other buyer’s return will put that items funds on hold, but their return didn’t. DO NOT SELL TO THESE SCUM!
