James hired me in July of 2015 to build him a website, paying me my hourly rate of $60/hour which includes over 2 hours of commuting time. At that time he had an A rating from the Better Business Bureau.

The BBB contacted Godaddy notifying him that his website had been using a graphic stating that it was BBB accredited (false). Incidentally, Godaddy suspended James Rzepka's hosting so he decides to take out his frustrations on me, his web guy. Me being the good businessperson that I am, drive 100 miles to Sun City, CA from Los Angeles to meet with James Rzepka. Upon trying to login to the Wordpress to remove the BBB banner we notice there's an issue. So we call Godaddy and they tell us the site has been hacked and is no longer accessible unless we pay them $250. James Rzepka had already indicated he was on a very low budget. When all was said and done he decided not to pay me my minimum rate ($120 for 2 hours) for coming out to help him. I drove 200 miles for nothing and wasted my time and gas. Only for him to go and leave me a 1 star review on Google. Apparently he didn't like me calling him an old man when he's about 80 years old and totally out of touch with any kind of internet knowledge. He thought he would demonstrate his computer savvy by leaving me an unwarranted review saying that I'm vulgar and use gutter talk. I've read his other reviews they're all either 1 star or 5 stars. All the 1 star reviews he leaves he goes way overboard exaggerating how bad his experiences were. I'm sorry the words "Old man" are not gutter talk! Maybe if he had paid me for services I'd let it slide but he's just mad at me because I'm mad at him for not paying me. And that's not right! He mentions in his review how I treat my vendors. First off I don't have any vendors. Secondly, he's never seen me interact with anybody except him. He's desperate to insult me so comes up with random things like saying I was late to our meeting. Even though I texted him notifying him to which he thanked me. It's really sad a man this old is so lacking in principles.

TOTALLY inaccurate.
All I can say is that I hope that he does not treat other seniors the same way he treats the elderly. In fact, at the time, I am a young 67 year old "gentleman".
