| Details: | On PayPal, buyer claims unauthorized purchase and gets his financial institution to initiate a reversal of charges. I check my orders and it shows he not only received the order in questions BUT ALSO LEFT A VERY POSITIVE REVIEW for the product that they claim they did no authorize!!
I posted tracking number and a copy of the positive review by the buyer, but still PayPal and eBay sided with the buyer and reversed the charges and took my funds!!! How in a sane and fair world is this possible?!?!?
This guy got the product and his money back!
What can I do about this obvious breach of justice?!? |
