Buyer purchased dishes on Amazon. Buyer said claimed damage occurred during shipping. I asked for pictures so that I could file an insurance claim with UPS. Buyer then said the dishes were fine but that the outer box they were shipped in was damaged! WUT??? Ok... The outer box was just a plain brown box for shipping. There was the dishes in the manufacturers box inside the shipping box that was just fine. She asked for a refund and wanted to keep the dishes. I explained that the outer box was recyclable material that was not part of her purchase but was part of my shipping process. Buyer said she wanted to use that box for storage. Buyer left negative feedback because an outer box was ripped.

Send the buyer to fraud the cunt was trying to see what she could get away with. Amazon sides with the buyer each and every time so beware of selling high end items.

If you want to scare the pants off of an Amazon employee, tell them that not only are you filing a mail fraud complaint with the USPS, but, you're naming them in the complaint as an accessory after the fact. "Just doing my job" is not a mitigating circumstance in a criminal case, and "Amazon employee" doesn't grant qualified immunity.

Now, in real life, would a prosecutor charge some dude at Amazon as an accessory after the fact? Of course not. But, those employees who choose to act as a gatekeeper between you and someone with actual authority at Amazon should be made to fear the consequences of their behavior.

One day, I'm going to snatch one of them up. Maybe after they spend six months dealing with a suit, and end up $40k in debt from legal fees, word will get around that defending your company isn't worth it.
