Details: | False Claim Of Not As Described: Hey there! Our Listing is QUITE SPECIFIC & DETAILED. From a DOUBLE COLUMN Description Outlining The Item In The "Item Description" to fully filled out eBay Descriptives, PLUS? an independant YouTuber Unboxing & Review Video, & a White-Board Explainer Video, Previous Buyers/Installers Of RhinoLip On Their Own Cars Pictures, Immediate 4 eMail Follow-ups to a purchase/sale, to even an Offering of a FREE SAMPLE PACK. We even have listings in EIGHT (8) Different Languages!. However when the Buyer received the purchased item? They immediately filed a Not as described Case & Return. The Buyer ignored our follow-up calls & Text messages & clearly didn't read the eMails nor the eBay listing since he States on the Return: "totally not what I expected doesn't look good looks cheap" (eBay Policy Violation for NOT reading a sellers listing). My Apologies, however we do not wish to encourage Buyer-Behaviour like this when they do not do their OWN Due-Diligence, Read-a-listing (Which is required by eBay policy) & then take the proper steps to ensure that Their "Something" they ordered is given a fair chance with 3-4 Follow-up eMail notes that don't get read. Our listing is QUITE CLEAR & REPEATEDLY STATES THINGS IN GREAT DETAIL. Please eBay Corp. needs to Make a Video outlining to Buyers that if they are going to CHOOSE to view an eBay listing on a TINY FECKLESS Mobile Phone?? that they have a certain personal responsibility to know the additional steps beyond the "Title, Single Pic, Price, & Blue "Buy It Now" Button" in order to comply with eBay policy to READ THE SELLERS LISTING. Please replace the Big Blue "Buy It Now" Button with a "SEE FULL ITEM DESCRIPTION" Button Instead before they are prompted with a "Buy It Now" Button. This will lead to BETTER Informed Buyers & therefore?? Better Buyer Satisfaction. Thank you. |

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions

The buyer VOLUNTARILY submitted their info & when they not only made a purchase? But also made the defamatory false claim to facilitate an erroneous return?? They CONTRACTUALLY brought themselves into what is being seen & read herein.
False claims & lies have consequences.
