Will buy an item and then try to con seller into shipping the product to another state. The second he pays for the item, he will file a fraudulent dispute claiming he never got the item (the second he purchases it). Then he will place the reason for his excuse, wanting you to ship it to another state, saying, "I dont know what happened, but you can ship it to another state." Mind you it says all over the place we dont ship anywhere else, this theif deliberately ignores it, puts one address down, files a dispute expecting you to ship the item 1/2 way across the US.
