While I understand that you disagree with my assessment that your listing was inaccurate (your argument was that you were referring solely to the cosmetic condition, which you did not specify in the listing) and that you have a right to free speech, that does not give you the right to violate eBay's terms of service, which you've done here by misusing the personal information provided in the transaction.

Again, items listed as for parts not working, and it condition notes say "This lot is AS-IS and buyer should make no assumptions as to functionality". Also, based on you BS logic, every single item should have worked on the listing as other than being described as "in new condition", all other cards are described as in excellent condition. All this again DESPITE the fact that it was explicitly mentioned all cards are untested, for parts not working AS-IS lot, and to make no assumptions as to functionality.
