Exactly why I don't do overseas shipping. Those foreign a**holes know the loopholes. Update your user profile to include the link to this site and let buyers know that you will report them here if they run any scams on you. My scam rate fell significantly once I posted this site link on my profile. I think all sellers should post it and use it.
