I simply canceled the transaction and told him to fix his address before purchasing my items. He said he will reorder the item. Turns out he never did which proves that Rick Petersen was a SCAMMER. So I blocked him.

Never ever ship to an address not listed on eBay or PayPal order. Anyone who tells you to do so otherwise is a crook and should be locked up in jail! It's a total disgrace that eBay is letting crooks run wild on its website. Ebay is just as bad as craigslist.
