Used "Buy it Now" to purchase one small bread and butter plate, color peacock, in my eBay store on 10/29. Payment was marked as "pending". Opened non-payment case, and buyer finally paid on 11/16.

The item was only $9.95 with FREE SHIPPING.

Left negative feedback on eBay, claiming item was not peacock - but never asked for refund or any other way of solving the issue.

However, this buyer gave negative feedback. She won't pay for the item until you open a case, and then she will leave negative fb because she's mad you didn't just cancel the transaction. However, opening a non-payment case ensures that an eBay seller will get their fees back and also non-payment cases, once closed, mean that a deadbeat buyer can't leave feedback.

Block this fickle fiesta fiend from your eBay and etsy stores!
